Bath Festival Party – the perfect excuse for new a Claudio Lugli shirt

The Bath Festival starts with Party In The City, a free event across the city centre tonight including Milson Street, renamed Carnival Street for this evening.

With 2000 performers and an expected 20,000 plus revellers, it is going to be a fantastic night.
